We are currently recruiting:
- Counselors
- Kitchen Staff
- Medical Staff
- Activities Volunteers (Arts & Crafts, Dock Volunteer, All Saints Activity Volunteer)
Counselor Training & Camp Set-Up: July 11-13th , 2025, on-site at All Saints Camp.
Required for all counselors.
All Saints Camp 2025 Session Dates:
- Elementary Session: July 13 - 19th, for Campers entering grades 3-5 in Fall 2025
- Intermediate Session: July 20 - 26th, for Campers entering grades 6-9 in Fall 2025
- High School Session: July 13 - 16th, for Campers entering grades 10 - 12 in Fall 2025
All staff must be 21 years of age or older to volunteer at the High School session
2025 Application Process:
- May 15th: The volunteer/staff application is due
- May 22nd:
- Last Day for New Applicant Phone Interview (New Medical Staff and Counselors Only)
- New Applicant Letter of Recommendation Due via THIS FORM. You are responsible for sending this form to your recommender and they must submit it prior to this deadline. (New Medical Staff and Counselors Only)
- May 30th: Volunteer positions will be offered via email. Volunteers who applied before the deadline may be notified of their acceptance on a rolling basis.
- June 15th: Complete Background Check (to be completed every 2 years)
- June 30th:
- Counselors, Kitchen Staff and any others interested in volunteering in the kitchen must obtain and upload Food Worker's Card to this form. Click HERE to take the training and test. $10 fee, reimbursement by All Saints Camp Board with proof of payment.
- Complete Youth Protection Training (1.5 hour online training)
Documents to have available for your application:
- Legal Identification (State ID, Driver's License, etc.)
- Medical information and insurance card (if applicable)
- Counselors: Individual portrait photo to upload for the Camp Website
- Counselors & Kitchen Staff: Food Workers Card (Due June 30)
- Lifeguard Certificate (if applicable) Any accepted staff member who interested in obtaining their these certifications can email us at camp@allsaintscamp.com by May 2023. The All Saints Camp Board will pay for your certification in full (~$150 value) if you are committed to volunteering for at least one week at All Saints Camp.
