Pack light, pack smart!
At camp, the property is located right on the water and the weather can change pretty quickly. Be sure to pack layers and be prepared for cool mornings, hot afternoons, and cool evenings with the potential for rain throughout. Mid-July temperatures on Raft Island typically range from 50 - 75 degrees. Mosquitos like to join us for campfire, so long pants and sweatshirts are best for evenings.
Clothes packed for camp should be worn for comfort. Campers attend chapel twice a day and Liturgy on Friday, so pack with Christian modesty in mind. Only bring items you don't mind getting dirty, we're at camp after all!
*We cannot stress enough that these MUST be a pair that your child can run and play in. They should be worn with socks and have laces or a Velcro enclosure. Crocs and other all-rubber/plastic shoes are not replacements for comfortable closed-toe tennis shoes!*
